John Devaney, Executive Director, brings a 16-year background in non-profit health care and human services
to Cape Fear Clinic. His responsibilities include motivating and directing the
operations of Cape Fear Clinic; managing the staff and volunteers; overseeing and participating in program development; generating
clinic funding; developing donor relations within the community; collaborating with other community health care providers;
setting policy and procedures for all clinic and administrative issues; and serving as a liaison between the clinic and the
Board of Directors.He holds a BS in Sociology from Longwood University
in Farmville,Virginia.

| Jeanne Rose, NP, Deputy Director, Clinical Services |
Jeanne Rose, NP, Deputy Director, Clinical Services, earned
her MSN from UNCW and her Advance Practice Nurse certification in 2002. Before joining Cape Fear Clinic in January 2008,
she worked in geriatrics and home health providing skilled care and as an administrator/supervisor. Ms. Rose’s advance
practice focus was geriatrics, which provides her a strong background in the types of chronic ailments faced by our patients.
As Deputy Director, Clinical Services, she is responsible for overseeing the activities and service provision of all medical
services at Cape Fear Clinic. Additionally, she helps recruit and train all new Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician
Assistant volunteers.

| Gordon Boyd, Deputy Director, Operations |
Gordon Boyd, Deputy Director, Operations, joined Cape Fear Clinic in April 2008 as our Business Manager.
He has extensive background in corporate accounting and management. His experience includes the
management of A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Payroll and Cash Management including analysis and interpretation of financial statements,
development of accounting policies and procedures, budgets, employee supervision and establishing and maintaining asset care
and custody procedures. Before joining Cape Fear Clinic, he worked for eight years as the business manager for a computer
design firm; eight years as a corporate controller; and 13 years in retail management.
Ed Babel is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with more than 30 years experience as an RN. Mr.
Babel became a staff member in August 2010, providing direct clinical care to our new and current patients. Mr.
Babel holds a position that is shared with New Hope Clinic in Boiling Spring Lakes through a collaborative funding opportunity
through the Kate B. Reynolds Foundation and coordinated with Cape Fear HealthNet.

| Edelma Zambrano, PAP Manager |
Edelma Zambrano joined Cape Fear Clinic in July 2010 as our Patient
Assistance Program Manager. A native of Venezuela, Ms. Zambrano brings a bicultural and bilingual focus
to this position. The Patient Assistance Program Manager is responsible for all activities related to patient applications to pharmaceutical patient
assistance programs; scheduling volunteer pharmacy staff; preparing the pharmacy schedule; tracking changes in patient status
and contact information; and significant data entry and reporting of pharmacy related activities.
Debbie O'Neil, RN is our registered nurse. She received her BSN from Villanova University
and, following graduation, served on active duty as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer for eight years. With 15 years of critical
care experience and 10 years of professional medical writing, she brings to Cape Fear Clinic a unique skill-set that enables
her to excel as both a nurse case manager and patient educator.

Vickie Caron, Medical Office Assistant. She works with administrative volunteers and interacts directly with patients answering
phone calls, making appointments, and helping in medical records.
